I had to run code and explain how it worked to him, and then he abruptly disconnected the call.

Pros: You get to work on some of the latest technologies, but not everyone gets a chance to work on the latest. So, if you need to ask for it, else you will be left out.
Cons: Managers are not at all good; they expect us to innovate new things when they themselves have not innovated anything nor have they done anything good.

Pros: Very good working environment, interesting people, and cool technology projects.
I have a very good experience in this company. I was promoted quickly and got nice benefits.
Cons: Sometimes, the time constraints limit creativity, and correct solutions are switched for less good ones. I wish we had more time to do a better job developing state-of-the-art applications.
