Process

Initial communication from HR was good, and they informed us well in advance about the technical interview.

The technical interview was easy, as most of the questions were around C++ and a bit on data structures. In C++, they touched on templates, inheritance, and a good number of questions on STL.

Also, I was asked to write code, but I do not remember the problem. It was very simple, and I thought they were checking if the candidate could really write code.

After 2-3 days, I had an interview with the hiring manager. This was mostly about behavioral questions, such as how to avoid conflict in the team, what to do if one arises, and what my strengths and weaknesses are.

After the interview with the hiring manager, I had another round, two days later, with the hiring manager's manager. Here, the discussion was mostly about my previous experience and why I would want to move to Singapore.
