Process
I had multiple rounds, and all interviewers were really friendly. The process was very comforting.
The first round was telephonic, followed by a coding round with two developers, and the last round was with the head of the department.
Overall, it was a good interview experience.

Pros: Overall, a good company. Hybrid work is offered. However, it does not support full remote work, at least in India, which many employees desire.
Work-life balance is messed up, and you have to adjust. There are lots of calls in the evening. If you can adjust, then that's good. But since most of the days we are working from home, it's somewhat acceptable.
Cons: No remote work. If I have to attend evening or night calls, or sometimes early morning calls, it's better to have remote work opportunities. Otherwise, we don't get time to spend with our families. At least there should be an option for remote work.

Flexible work culture (hybrid).
Cons: Slow growth.
Layoffs recently.
Mostly maintenance work and automations are going on; no new projects.
Office is not up to par with companies at a similar level. Some days, there's not even space to sit (probably a new office is under talks, but it might take time).
Stopped giving RSUs.

Cons: Frequent restructuring and strategy change at high-level management.
