It was an online interview over Zoom, and they asked a few very basic technical questions. These required coding in a real-time code-sharing platform IDE that has no suggestions. The interviewers seemed unbothered and were barely paying attention to my answers and responses. It felt like they already had a candidate chosen in mind and were conducting subsequent interviews solely to fulfill HR requests.
