Pretty fast. Online tests were followed by an office invitation.
It was very chill. I had to solve a geometry question.
They offered us lunch and there was also a team interview/challenge.
Very nice overall. The people were nice. Much nice. So nice.

Pros: Flexible working, low constraints. Some sections are quite modern all-around in regards to personal development, upskilling, etc.
Cons: The US is behind in certain things and likes to really bang the drum.

Pros: The graduate scheme is great, especially if you're from a Maths background. It's a lovely bunch of people to work with!
Cons: Flexible working isn't consistent across different teams.
