Interesting work, new technology stack, training, sabbatical program, flexible work hours, free lunch.
Terrible culture; something that has become progressively worse in the past 2 years. Bloated middle management where engineers are underappreciated and managers reward themselves.
No negative or critical opinions are "allowed"; a very bureaucratic mindset where "who you know" is more important than "what you know".
Work on re-structuring your attitude.
