There's not much pressure from the work. Most of the products are really mature, so most of your work will be just adding new features, so you may find it boring.
Poor payment. Almost no salary increase in three or four straight years. Work is kind of boring. Managements don't pay attention to technology, so I don't see a bright future for the company.
Pay more attention to new technologies.
Spend more money on research, even if you don't see the direct payoff from it.
