It is quite good if you are interested in the CAD industry, since it dominates the whole industry.
Also, internally, you will learn different techniques, as the project varies soon (half a year or one year).
It is just so-so to me, not so attractive any more. The office in Singapore does not grow well, as the project is not quite interesting and it is also not easy to get promoted.
Usually, it takes 5-6 years to get to the next level, which does not motivate the employee much.
