Good benefits and perks, if that is what you are looking for (not my case). Good work-life balance, flexible working hours, friendly and relaxed office environment. Transformation ongoing with encouraging things to come.
Some old-fashioned management techniques, favouritism, top-down decisions. But people working in the Singapore office seem to be accustomed to that (lots of EP holders).
Definitely not an Agile company yet, too many management layers and limited team autonomy. This is a work in progress, but mentalities will take time to change.
Inefficient processes and "hero" mentality, instead of streamlined, robust team-based development and deliveries.
Too many restructurings, and one 10% lay-off this year: the strategy seems to be based on the stock market's and investors' reactions, and the employees just pay the price.
The company culture looks great on paper, but somehow it does not reflect on everyday work. Maybe the US is the place where this culture is really implemented; definitely not in the Singapore office.
I did a technical assessment before getting called for an in-person interview. They asked more technical questions and some scenarios to work with. Great people and culture to work with. I had an HR round before getting the assessment. After the tech
The interview was an online Zoom call. It included a personal discussion about the role and the company with a manager. This was followed by a coding challenge for the first round.
Four rounds of interviews: * HR * Hiring Manager * Technical * Final Team Leader The interview process was mature and good, but a bit lengthy, as you kept introducing yourself. It is a good opportunity to train your interview skills.
