Good benefits and package. Open and friendly environment. Flexible hours.
Constant restructuring. Buys more tech than they actually build. Constant changing of high-mid level objectives. Lack of long-term vision from senior management.
Have a long-term vision that everyone can work towards, instead of constantly changing it to meet short-term demands.
