Autodesk ranked 6th in best companies to work for, 2015
I am very happy with the company. Recently, the company ranked 6th in best companies to work for 2015. Here are some pros:
- International company with HQ in the US and many other offices in India, China, etc. Practices Agile.
- Good management. The manager's target is to make Autodesk a better place to work and employees happy.
- Good facility: You can make any request through an e-service system for facility. Every quarter, your boss will ask what peripheral you need for your work. The company provides access to many e-learning resources such as Linda and Safari. I love Safari where I can see many, many books.
- Many activities and benefits: Many awards every month, every quarter to recognize your effort. Birthday parties every month. Sports clubs such as badminton. Provides dinner if you need to work overtime on every Wednesday (actually, the company does not encourage overtime. We are following Agile). Team outing activities every quarter. Too many for me to list.
- Friendly environment: Everyone is very friendly and approachable.
- Very good insurance and flex point program to claim. I must say this after comparing with my wife's insurance package.
So far, I don't see any cons.
