Pros: Great culture, work-life balance, and great colleagues. It's a very good place to work!
Cons: Discussing compensation is a bit of a taboo. Your lead doesn't know your current level, and HR doesn't really disclose how your compensation reviews were made or what you could do to advance to the "next level".
