Recruiter screening followed by a chat interview on Slack about professional experience and work philosophy. Nothing was particularly difficult to answer up to that point, but I wasn't offered the opportunity to continue to the code test and trial stage. It seems they wanted someone with more experience developing Kubernetes operators, admission controllers, etc.
