Pros: - Fully remote - Amazing perks - Respectful and inclusive environment

Cons: Big company, so there's a lot of information, and you need to be ready to do some digging and reading to keep up.

Pros: - Benefits were great. - Pay was decent. - Flexibility was great. - Teammates and generally everyone I worked with were kind and helpful.

Cons: The CEO is not a good leader and has no principles, despite him stating otherwise. Look at his actions, not his words, and be the judge yourself. Not a great environment for real collaboration. There are very few video chats, pairing, etc. You will mostly work alone and ask for help when needed. (This might be a pro for some.)

Pros: Company and team leads really take care of work-life balance. For example, they frequently suggest taking days off, and they allow working in hours I want rather than US or EU timezones, like many other remote companies. Truly a remote company, I would say. Colleagues are friendly, and there are many internal groups to support or entertain you. 3-month sabbatical every 5 years, unlimited vacation days, and 6-month parental leave are all great perks I really appreciate.

Cons: No stockings or options. No year-end bonus. But instead, they have an option to invest in the company with their own money.
