Pros: Work-life balance was so good, and there is no politics between the team members.
No micromanagement, and team members are always helpful. Definitely, there is recognition for your hard work.
Cons: The only thing here is a cool-off period after 18 months or 2 years of a contract. But if your work is good, they'll definitely take you to their team after a 3-month cool-off period.
