.NET Developer Interview Experience - Charlotte, North Carolina

Process

This was through a recruitment agency for a contract-to-hire role. Keep in mind, I would've been a returning employee. They said they wanted someone with "lesser experience who can come in and learn and grow with the team, but someone with a solid foundation and a background in xyz." I fit the bill exactly, with 2 years of experience and experience at the company itself. I had already been through two rounds of vetting and conversations. The recruiter was in love with me.

Then they said, "We want someone with more experience." Complete buffoonery and nonsense. Wasted my time.

This is also my second time interviewing with the company, having gotten a job once already.
