We were called randomly on a weekday (Tuesday) and interviewed.
The first round was a technical round, and the interviewer was an old, cranky dude.
He asked basic questions, to which I answered very well and diligently.
He took almost an hour for the interview, and I was pretty confident on getting through.
After it was over, I was asked to wait.
Then the HR came and informed me that I had been rejected. Upon asking why, all she said was, "Your experience is less."
I practically wanted to shout at her, asking why in the whole world she then invited me to interview, and why waste an hour of my time despite knowing you would reject me on my experience.
I can't believe I took a leave for this experience.
