They've been asking only Java and Selenium questions. They wanted me to type my Java coding in the message box, but not in IntelliJ/Eclipse through screen sharing.

Pros: Good benefits and number of vacation days. Try to avoid layoffs, so if you're a permanent employee, it's a stable position.
Cons: Some middle management treat people terribly as they lack technical and leadership skills.
It's difficult to grow in skills and in salary as you work with very old technologies, and the standard 3-4% raise is given per year even if you're an exceptional performer.
