The compensation can be very good. There is great opportunity to grow and move up.
They have a very good mentor program and are very understanding when time off is needed to take care of family.
Hours can be very long. Need to watch who you say things to. Lunch is too short to go anywhere. Rewards and recognition have been taken away. It was a very wonderful program.
