Good benefits packages including ChildCare & Tuition Reimbursement. They seem to care about their employees.
Salaries are not competitive. Leadership development is lacking, although most of that falls on the leaders themselves.
Need to clearly define the various levels of management and the responsibilities of those levels. Hire the right people for the right jobs.
