Where do I begin?
- Market Managers undercut their staff and only look out for themselves.
- Branch Managers are usually underqualified and only care about their incentive payouts.
- Everyone is always looking for their shoulder because backstabbing and infighting is rampant.
- Back office passes the buck and gives bad advice to platform associates.
- No room for growth unless you are 200% of your goal.
- They force people out by making their lives awful.
Do more to improve morale. Don't focus so much on saving yourself and help your staff.
