Education was offered online to employees to better themselves.

Cons

No loyalty for good, productive workers who have worked with them for more than 10 years.

Advice to Management

Upper management will say our jobs are safe and more work is coming. After 3 months with hardly any work, out of 12 people, they let only 2 go. One of those let go is very productive and reliable. A loss to B of A.
