Pros

Higher pay, cafeteria.

Cons

Agile causing loss of private cubicles, poor treatment of contractors, lazy in documentation, favors India, drop you with budget excuse without notice or reason.

Lies about conversion unless minority. Treated low despite my lead experience. Bad work ethics and low frequency of loyalty.

Gave up opportunity for hospital as they begged for a second interview and wanted me, now just useless resources?

Advice to Management

Remove all H1B workers and denote yourselves. Step back to stop the financial bleeding of spinning your wheels. Acknowledge true talent and new ways outside of agile that is still misunderstood there. Remove dead wood, even though they're your small, multi-decade, full-time developers, as they are destroying the bank. Consider the opinions and feelings of true, career-minded, loyal people.
