Good place to work, depending on the department, but beware of the frequent re-organizations
Depending on the group you work with, you can get a good work-life balance. The benefits package is good, and for the most part, the senior management in the bank is very competent.
Constant re-organization means that there is always a shift in focus and priorities. This can be very confusing and, in some instances, can be demoralizing.
Good job keeping the company profitable in a tough economic environment.
