Step 1: I had a test with 30-50 questions for 1.5 hours. Questions were about Java; they were like Oracle Java Certification questions. Step 2: Phone Interview Simple Java questions. Step 3: On-site interview. Java questions plus a small task.

Telephonic round from the hiring manager and face-to-face on-site with team members. The team members interviewed one by one, and it was about one and a half to two hours of technical interview with each team member.

Applied through a recruiter. Got a call in 2 days. This was an initial phone screening for a lead role. Since it was through a recruiter, the feedback was quick. There were 4 people interviewing.
