Work pressure is not much.
Policies are good: food coupons, travel, and insurance are on top of CTC.
Pay and appraisal are good.
People are friendly.
There are many trainings, team events, town halls, meetings, and connects.
The work or quality of work is poor. Not much offshore involvement in key decisions and projects. Not kidding, you may actually lose your skillset over time.
Management is aloof; most of the managers sometimes have no clue about the work the team is doing.
Growth is nil. You can be literally at the same spot for a long time. I have seen folks doing the same tasks for 7 years.
No onsite opportunities.
Your work does not matter; visibility does.
Please think about employee development.
