The company has a really good culture and good policies.
Staff management works well, and they set up regular meetings to make the environment better for you.
Pay-wise, it gives quite a bit less, even if you are performing well.
Please increase the pay for employees who are doing good and dedicated to their work. Don't check any other activities, as it's just a waste of time.
