They preach diversity, yet the IT division is over 80% Indian – yes, over 80%. You’d be hard-pressed to find a Black IT executive at Bank of America. I’ve sat in meetings with 50 attendees, and 46 are Indian. Mind you, this is not in their offshore India operation. This is in good ol' Plano, Texas. What a shame. Even some of my Indian friends that work there think it’s embarrassing.
