The APAC region is the worst
No pros, only salary is coming on time.
Don't join the APAC region project at any cost.
No appreciation.
Managers show partiality; they never attend the calls and listen to their favorite person only.
They will give your work to their favorite one so that they can showcase it in appraisals.
Very demotivating managers.
Bad resource management; they are unable to understand who is doing what work and how much effort is being put.
No connection for the full year, and based on some random feedback, appraisals will be done.
Monthly transport cost is very less, even if you are traveling from Delhi to Gurgaon.
Please don't join APAC region projects.
Huge difference in APAC and US project work culture. APAC is the worst.
Even juniors are very good in office politics.
Understand your team. Understand what they are doing. Understand how much effort they are putting in.
