Contacted through a recruiter for a position at Bank of America in the New York office. One week later, I was in the office for a one-on-one interview with members of the group. I was asked mostly about my resume, data structures, threading, and data

I was originally hired as a contractor, which is a relatively easier interview than for a full-time position. Phone screen with a current team member. Pretty straightforward. Basic Java questions and questions about my past projects.

Phone screen and in-person, two rounds. All basic design and algorithm questions. I got an internship after that and was converted to full-time. As an intern, we get to work on a project and present it. Two weeks of training after hire is complete.
