So risk-averse that essential tools get banned. Heavily siloed. Sorry to say, heavily slanted towards Indian compatriots, so knowledge is hoarded, backstabbing is common. Observed lots of discrimination, even between different castes.
In the pursuit of lowered costs, be aware of the culture you have created. It doesn't match what you preach, and it cannot.
