Worked in four other companies. This one is just below average. As a big company, it's doing good. Still thinking what I can write as pros.
Tech leaderships are sometimes not logical. Politics and defensive attitudes are counterproductive.

It took 4 weeks to complete the process. Standard: call from recruiter. Moved to technical screening over phone. This was followed by onsite technical, and then managerial.
Software Engineer
There are two levels of interview: first round and second round. First round was easy, asking oops concepts and some basic string manipulation questions. Second round interview asked from the project and Spring Boot questions.
Senior Software Engineer
It is an on-campus interview, and the aura is very relaxing. The questions are non-technical and about working experience and interest in Bank of America. I passed the first round and am looking forward to taking the final technical interviews.
