It was a very long and tedious process. The process involved multiple steps, starting with talking to the recruiter, then the hiring manager, and then a virtual onsite including product, architecture review, and another hiring manager interview. I passed through those conversations to finally talk to the CTO. There were a total of 10 conversations stretched over months. Overall, the process did not seem efficient, with a lot of overlapping questions about your background. My advice would be to account for a large time commitment when interviewing.
