Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - San Francisco, California
Process
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks.
The interview process was pretty standard for software engineering. There were a few general programming questions, and some data design and systems architecture questions. They were very responsive and positive until references, at which point I was dropped. When I asked for more context, they ghosted me. I was extremely shocked due to how good they had been up to that point, but the treatment I got once they decided to reject me was extremely unprofessional.
