Pros: It was 2015 when I was there. I made some good friends and people that have grown into friends and good connections in other industries.
Cons: Don't stay there for more than 5 years and be working towards something to get out.
If you want to be a lifer, play the politics game.

Pros: Fun environment. Lots of targets and goals to hit, but tons of help to get better every day.
Cons: Unfortunately, they closed down all stand-alone mobile stores.

Pros: Under a great team, you can really be successful with a motivating staff and team effort.
Cons: Hours are a little more demanding; however, if you work in a larger store, you are hourly.
