Required 3 different interviews:
- One with the manager
- One with team members
- One with the direct team lead
There was a mix of technical and behavioral questions. They are very referral-based. It is important to reach out to someone that already works at Best Buy in order to get a connection to get a job. The application process is not the best route.
It was for a junior role. They did not ask technical questions that were too complex. They didn't ask for any Big O notation or anything of that sort. Just simple programming work and previous work with Cloud.
They are more focused on whether you have previous experience with the tools they currently use, like GCP and Python.
