The process was very simple. The interview questions were easy, and I was offered the job the same day.

The hiring manager seemed excited to be bringing me onboard due to my experience in the industry. Overall, it was a straightforward and easy process, and I was happy about being offered the job that same day.

Pros: Great pay and discount. Usually a fun work environment. Not a very difficult job most times.

Cons: Endless changes to Op model and management structure. The holidays are awful, but that's retail. Scheduling is inconsistent and ever-changing. You end up working with a bunch of high school kids that don't care about their job.

Pros: You will quickly find out that some people you work with are absolute gold, but others not so much. The mix is huge.

Cons: The constant reshuffling of district managers and changing the way the warrant or Geek Squad service prices and what is covered becomes very confusing over time. Management constantly lets mediocre performance slide without any actual follow-up on the person until they buy them out later on without actually telling the people beforehand how they can fix the issue.

Pros: You will quickly find out that some people you work with are absolute gold, but others not so much. The mix is huge.

Cons: The constant reshuffling of district managers and changing the way the warrant or Geek Squad service prices and what is covered becomes very confusing over time. Management constantly lets mediocre performance slide without any actual follow-up on the person until they buy them out later on without actually telling the people beforehand how they can fix the issue.

Great company to work for. Solid staff, and excellent leadership. They really teach lifelong skills

Pros: - Leadership - Coaching - Training - Great People - Benefits - Employee Assistance program All in all, the company has a great outlook and truly looks out for its greatest asset, which are its staff. As long as you work hard, come to work with a positive outlook, and follow the process in place to succeed, you will LOVE this organization.

Cons: - Manager plateau - Corporate Head Office is in BC The only downside of everything is that if anyone is ever qualified to move into a corporate role, they would have to uproot their entire life and consider moving to BC. However, if that is the path one would choose, then the possibilities are endless and the benefits become greater.
