Salary is fair, but bonuses are not as promised. In initial training, there is an opportunity to speak with upper leadership.
Conditions can be poor in the back rooms. Staff turnover is very high. Some of the policies, like “lease-lining,” are intrusive and not indicative of pay. Benefits aren’t stellar and are expensive.
