It was a simple 30-minute interview. We met in the lobby and went back into a conference room. The first half was spent going over my background, resume, interests, etc., and the second half was a brief whiteboarding phase.

The first step was an HR phone screening. After one week, I was called for a second interview. This consisted of a 30-minute cultural interview with two managers and a 1-hour coding interview. The coding interview was about arrays.
