The process started with an online coding challenge, followed by a technical phone screen and then an onsite interview. The HR and interview process overall was very unorganized.
On the day of the onsite interview, the interviewer was 10 minutes late and stated he did not even know he was scheduled to interview me. Shortly after the onsite, I received a rejection letter. This was followed the next day by another email apologizing for a system error that sent the wrong email.
After waiting for more than 4 weeks for a decision and contacting the recruiter, I was told that they had not yet made a decision.
I would avoid applying to this company at all costs. It is a huge waste of time and effort, and they do not even value the time you have spent.
