The interview process was structured as follows:
- Phone screening
- Standard coding interview
- "Super day" interview
I did not reach the "super day" interview stage. For the most part, the process was professional. However, I was unhappy that they did not "close the loop" after the interview. An email should be sent following up after the interview, regardless of success or failure.
