Process
The process was intended to be a phone screening, followed by a standard coding interview, and then a "super day" interview. I did not advance to the "super day" interview.
For the most part, the process was professional. However, I was unhappy that they did not "close the loop" after the interview. A follow-up email should be sent after the interview, regardless of the outcome.
