Work can feel cookie-cutter at times, as many of the projects make use of the same stack. Certain technical processes can be very bureaucratic (releasing to production). Pay could be better. The technical side of the company is often overshadowed by the prestige of the financial side, so developers may feel like second-class citizens at times.
