Pros: 1. You work with one of the biggest in the game industry. 2. You can see how everything works in this area, which is amazing. 3. Every day is a day to learn something new here. 4. If you do well and gain their trust, they give you the chance to lead a project.

Cons: 1. You are not applicable to receive any perks from the company (such as merchant or game codes). 2. In the beginning, the micromanagement as a contractor was suffocating; I forgot how many times I wanted to quit in the first months. 3. You are a Blizzard employee for task purposes only; on the culture side, you are not. 4. In the beginning, as a contractor, no one takes you seriously, so you need to gain their respect by overworking in the first months. 5. The development in the sandbox environments is crazy; everything is constantly failing. 6. The company glorifies the LGBT community a lot, so make sure to use the correct pronouns for people.
