System Design: Design a data processing pipeline and ingest for an Event System to be shared across multiple applications and servers.

Algorithm We are reading from 3 files for each platform. These files are CSV files with 3 columns: the player's name, the post ID, and the time spent watching. The time is a long integer. Return the top 3 candidates that watched the most.
