The interview process involved two CoderPad.io pair programming sessions over Skype, followed by an onsite interview with two more similar pair-programming sessions on a provided desktop.
Overall, the interview experience was amazing. Square definitely has a "certain way" of conducting its technical interviews.
Most interview problems are designed to assess how a candidate works through a problem, so interacting with the interviewer and thinking out loud is important.
