Spotty communication.
Did not let me know what steps were in the process and when they would happen.
There does not seem to be good internal communication, especially within recruiting and with teams.
Spoke with multiple hiring managers and was told roles were filled between the time speaking to the hiring manager and getting back to the recruiter.
Was not told what was next after completing the onsite.
I had to reach out and was told I needed to speak with more teams to find a role, as the roles I was interested in were also filled.
They did level matching as the last step, and the level was not aligned with what I asked for.
Clearer expectations and communications would have saved tens of hours of time.
Some interviewers during the onsite seemed uninterested/distracted as well.
Never heard back from the recruiter or hiring manager to my email declining the offer.
Overall, I got a bad feeling about the company culture and communication.
