Process
I took a coding assessment at CodeSignal.
There were four questions, and I only had 1 hour and 10 minutes to finish them.
The questions mostly involved array manipulation, with one string manipulation question that focused on formatting strings for left or right alignment.
Questions
Go through an array and switch the order in pairs.

Cons: There are a lot of changes (org, product related) as the company is going through a transformation from being a mid-size company to a large one.

Pros: The Square Atlanta office is a hidden gem. You have the ability to work on interesting problems at scale and get great benefits while doing it. The people are top-notch, and there are plenty of opportunities for growing your skills.
Cons: The projects available in the Atlanta office are somewhat limited compared to San Francisco. One time, we had to go without a supply of single-origin coffee beans for the day.
