Process
I applied online and was then contacted by a recruiter. I had one technical phone screening with an engineer, then went onsite for an all-day session of interviews. The onsite included:
- Three pair programming questions, choosing a language of my choice
- One open-ended systems design question
- Lunch
Lastly, there was a manager chat which was "ungraded" at the end of the day. The systems design question was given upfront, so I had time to think about my solution. The interviewers wanted me to succeed, making the experience very pleasant.
