Process
Apply online, HR phone screen, first-round phone technique interview. It takes about one week. Very efficient. I don't know the standard of hiring, but it is more than solving a problem correctly.

Typical woke tech company
Software Engineer • Former Employee
March 31, 2024
Pros: Nothing obvious comes to mind.
Cons: Full of your typical woke leftist tech employees. DEI is very active here and, consequently, hard to progress unless you're in a "marginalised group".
The company values DEI over merit, resulting in many mediocre hires. Many workers are lazy and entitled.
Company is very intolerant to any political views that don't match the leftist narrative.
